ITINERARY DESCRIPTION
DAY 1: CUSCO – PUNO
We start the adventure traveling by bus for approximately 6 hours until we reach Puno, On the way, we will see herds of Llamas and Alpaca grazing in the hills, it will be a trip through an almost flat geography in the Andes of Peru, where we will have a beautiful view of the Altiplano landscape, arriving in Puno we go to the hotel.
DAY 2: UROS, TAKYLE- & AMANTANY AISLAND
After breakfast, we will embark on a boat that will take us to the island of Uros, known as the "floating islands" because they are made with Totora cane by the local inhabitants of the island, continuing we go by boat to the island Amantani, arriving here the community will welcome us and we will stay in the home of a local family, then we will visit a small local market, where we can buy artistic gifts and souvenirs like hats, gloves, vests, etc. If you wish, you can swim in the lake, continuing we go to the house of our families to spend the night, in the evening we have the option to participate in a beautiful party with the families of the Takile community.
DAY 3: TAKYLE- PUNO
After breakfast, we will say goodbye to our families who lodged us in their houses, then go to the port and board our boat to the city of Puno, getting to land approximately in the afternoon. Now we have the opportunity to explore the city of Mystical Puno, make purchases for travel gifs, now we spend the night in a hotel. Or we can take the night bus to Cusco
DAY 4: PUNO-CUSCO
After breakfast we will take our vehicle destined for the city of Cusco, traveling for approximately 7 hours. End of the program.
