During the performance of the service, the decision of the Tour Leader or Guide of Peru Alive is absolute, with the purpose of protecting the safety and well-being of the traveler and in pursuit of compliance with the best possible service; In the event that the traveler violates the rules of the service or other legal regulations, the representative of Peru Alive, may order the offender to abandon the service, without the right to any subsequent claim, or financial reimbursement.
