WHY IS IT THE BEST PROGRAM?
-
It combines various activities and visits to the most important sites of Peru's tourist destination – Cusco and Puno, with unique and exclusive content and itinerary, exploring natural and cultural spaces away from the city bustle, living and learning experiences about Andean spirituality (seminars and ceremonies). With the possibility of see the Condor, Puma, Vicuña, etc. (in their natural habitat). A program that does not require major physical effort, as it only involves short and gentle walks during the various tour activities.
-
A new program, a new route, designed for a wide range of travelers eager to learn about and immerse themselves in the ancestral Andean culture, alive and present in its vestiges and its native people, with their daily life practices. An alternative to other saturated and classic programs, much more economical, although with a different itinerary.
-
This route allows us to be flexible with the departure times for each tour activity. Here, we go at the group's pace, without stress and without rushing.
-
You will be able to purchase products from the native communities (typical textiles and other handicrafts), helping the community, which will contribute to the local economic reactivation and generate other jobs.
AMONG THE MOST IMPORTANT VISITS, AND ACTIVITIES OF THIS PROGRAM WE HAVE:
THE SACRED VALLEY OF THE INKAS - PISAQ, QOYA, LAMAY, YUCAY, URUBAMBA, OLLANTAYTAMBO).
-
This is a quite famous place, where almost every visitor to Peru goes. A territory rich in agricultural lands, originally called "Willka Yunka", the Sacred Valley, a privileged place of the "Tawantinsuyo" empire, the main source or supplier of food to the ancient "Puma City", the capital of the empire, chosen by the sovereign "Inka Pachakuteq". a place of control and surveillance on the "K'apaq Ñan" (royal road) towards the "Anty Suyo" region, where "Machu Picchu", "Vilcabamba", "Viqcus", "Inka Wasy", "Espiritupampa" and others are found.
-
A space that houses, the main sacred religious precincts of Andean-Amazonian spirituality, located along the path of the "Willka Mayu" river (Sacred River). This river was considered an "earthly reflection of the Milky Way" with its constellations of the "Mallky" (Tree of Life), the Llama, the "Kuntur Apuchin" (Condor), etc. Some of the reasons why Machu Picchu might have been built in this area.
TOUR TO MACHU PICCHU
-
Because it is a longing for every traveler, one of the 7 wonders of the world, the destination of almost every traveler to Peru; a space never explored by the Spanish invaders upon their arrival to the Inca empire, the City of Healing and Temple of Cosmic Energy. One of the few most original Inca cities - (physically and energetically) Dwelling of gods and sacred "Huacas", surrounded by a paradisiacal landscape, unique and very special.
ANDEAN AMAZONIAN SPIRITUALITY.
-
Sacred legacy of the society of the Tahuantinsuyo, which is still in force in a very small sector of the Andean Amazonian community; Here in the Sacred Valley is located the association of the "Andean Amazonian Spiritual School" of Peru, which has as associates important personalities knowledgeable of the ancient spiritual practices (the so-called Andean priests - "Paq'os"). They are our allies in the revaluation and diffusion of this sacred knowledge, with which Perú Alive is committed, which in turn also allows us to help our fellow humans with the benefits of this ancestral science, ignored by formal science.
THE WAKA KINSA PACHA PUNKU
-
Name in the language of the "Tawa Inty Suyo" culture, which translated into Spanish we understand as "the door to the third dimension or third world," "Waka" Sacred strategically located in the heart of the "Sacred Valley of the Incas", between the tutelary "Apus" of the great "Wakay Willka", the "Puma Wanka", the "Chicon", on the slope of the "Willka Mayu" or sacred river also called "Vilcanota", to the left of the waters of the stream called "Huarocondo".
-
Architecturally, there are several constructions of finely carved stone, one of them has a design in the shape of a 'Chakana', a symbol also called the "Andean Cross", part of its constructions were designed following the lines of certain stellar constellations. A construction of a kind of door stands out, measuring 7 meters high by 1 meter wide, the "Usno" or offering altar also stands out, etc.
-
A very enigmatic place for visitors, however with great content and magical powers for those knowledgeable on the subject... the great "Amauthas" have cataloged it as the "Kinsa Pacha Punku" door or access to the third dimension or third world, some contemporary scholars understand it as the mythical access to the "Pakarina" (place of origin or birth)...
-
Some locals call it "Ñaupa Iglesia, or "Choke Illa"; understanding the first as "Ancestral Temple or Sanctuary", and the second as the "glow or shine of gold" or place of the glow of gold, thus understanding the importance this place had in the initiatory processes of the wise ones of the Inca empire.
-
For many visitors, it may just be a beautiful and spectacular architectural work; However, it was much more than this. A sacred "Waka", a place where initiatory rituals were performed, in the knowledge of the Inca priests, a place where very special energies emanate, which by better understanding, we can channel for healing purposes and ancestral wisdom. It was a place for a step, for the training of the "Hatun Yachayniyoq", great enlightened ones or wise ones of Andean spirituality...
-
In the Andean cosmovision, there is a superior or supernatural plane that transcends material reality. This cosmic world is inhabited by deities, spirits and supernatural forces that influence the earthly world. Sacred energies (Apus, Aukys, Mallkis, etc.) and natural phenomena are considered manifestations of this higher dimension; We original Andean people conceive that it is a vital force or spiritual energy that animates and connects all things. This energy, known as "samin" in Quechua or "Ajhayu" in Aymara, is the immaterial essence that transcends the physical and unites the human being with nature and the cosmos.
-
In our "spirituality", we understand that the World of the Ancestors and Transcendent Beings is found in this third dimension, inhabited by the spirits of our ancestors, mythical beings and our ancestral deities. We, the original people of the Andean peoples, understand that these transcendent beings have a direct influence on our daily life, the earthly world and act as intermediaries between human beings and the cosmic plane. Our Andean spirituality contemplates the spiritual journey as a process of connection with this third dimension, for this rituals, offerings, meditation practices, the use of sacred plants are necessary, for this purpose it is necessary to achieve an expanded and transcendent state of consciousness beyond the limits of physical reality.
-
The third dimension in our spirituality represents the supernatural, cosmic and transcendent plane that coexists with the material world. It is a dimension where spiritual forces, vital energies, ancestral beings and deities dwell, and which can be accessed through ritual practices and the spiritual journey.
LAKE TITICACA - UROS - AMANTANI - TAQUILE
Lake Titicaca, in the original "Aymara" language (Titi and Kaka) the first meaning "Puma", and the second "Kaka" meaning "gray color", located in the Puno region, on the border between Peru and Bolivia, holds many legends and myths related to the origin of the Inca empire. Cataloged as the highest navigable lake in the world, with 8,560 square meters in area, it is very rich in biodiversity.
It is known as the "Pakarina" or origin of the founder of the Inca empire "Manco Capac and his entourage, who after emerging from its waters, following the route of the sun, made a pilgrimage until arriving at "Apu Wanacauri", from where he first saw the Cusco valley, thus founding the center or navel of the capital of the "Tawa Intin Suyo" empire...
From very ancient times it has been occupied by the natives of this area, who travel using various types of rafts, which were originally hand-woven from "totora" fibers, to move from one island to another or to go to the mainland, now there are motorized rafts.
Something very peculiar in the lake is the presence of the floating islands called the "Uros" where families descending from the ancient inhabitants of Lake Titicaca live, in dwellings built and woven using "totora" as the main material, and where they have small floating gardens to cultivate part of their food, with fishing and artisan weaving being their main activities...
In the lake we also have the islands of "Taquile and Amantani", among other islands, inhabited by communities of families who live in full contact and harmony with nature. With agriculture and the artisanal manufacture of high artistic quality textiles, recognized for their peculiarity in the region, as their main activities. With a unique communal and organizational coexistence, where all the residents of these islands are like one big family, cooperating and actively and organizationally participating in the collective actions of the community, where the ancestral practices of "Ayni and Minka" are still in force.
