
CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND, IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE TRAVELER

Peru Alive, in order for any transaction or agreement with the traveler to be clear, precise, and legal, recommends that you read the following information.
1. AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS WITH US (PERU ALIVE)
For any transaction in relation to the service offered, "Peru Alive SAC" will be called and understood as "we, or as Peru Alive"; and when we refer to the user we will mention "customer, you, the traveler, the tourist"; In this way, these denomination will be valid for the purposes of all communications, contracts, reservations or transactions made between "Peru Alive SAC" and the user of our services.
2. HOW TO APPLY
To apply for our services you can do it by E. Mail, WhatsApp, or through the reservation box on our website or another similar one, here you must present complete, real, and accurate information about your personal identity data, if you have any relevant information to protect your well-being or better enjoyment of the contracted service, we also ask you to communicate this information to us, we suggest that you communicate the date of the trip (travel start date) very clearly.
To reserve this service you must make a minimum deposit of $200.00 (two hundred dollars US) or the sum of six hundred soles (S/600.00). The deposit can be done by transfer through Western Union, Money Gram, Yape, or bank deposit; You must send us the proof receipt of the economic transfer, by Email, WhatsApp, or other similar means; All deposits or transfers must be made in the name of "Wilbert Yucra Choqquecunsa", (with national identity, DNI N° 25320362).
The balance of the cost of the service will be paid at most one day before the start of the trip, in the city of Cusco or in Urubamba, (in our main office).
NOTE: Once you send us the deposit or transfer receipt for the reservation, "Peru Alive" will confirm receipt and we will proceed to separate your reservation immediately; then we will confirm your reservation by E. Mail, WhatsApp, or other similar.
3. ABOUT THE EXACT RATES PUBLISHED FOR OUR SERVICES
Peru Alive, with respect to payments, has a clear and precise policy, we charge what is published on our website, or what is agreed with the client (if there is any discount for any concept);
There are no extra charges for the services offered (everything contained in the service offer is clearly specified in the "INCLUDES" item).
There are no extra payments for the services we offer, the price covers everything that is included in the service, and it is clearly detailed; however, and of course, those extra personal items that are not included in the service are the responsibility of the client.
If You do not cancel the economic balance for the reserved service until one day before the start of the reserved service, we reserve the right to consider your reservation as canceled, without the right to any economic reimbursement claim for the traveler, consequently, you will not be able to travel with Peru Alive.
4. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT
The cancellation by the client must be done in writing, the deposits paid for the reservation will be returned, less the amount of sixty dollars or its equivalent of two hundred soles ($60.00 USA-S/ 200.00), which is considered a cancellation fee; this when the cancellation is made at least before ninety days from the start date of the service; In the event that the cancellation is made at least before 31 days from the start date of the service, all cancellation charges from Peru Alive’s third-party providers will be added to this cancellation fee; In the event that the cancellation is before 30 days or less to the start date of the service, the cancellation charge will be 100/100 of the cost paid for the reservation, for which we reserve the right not to make a refund of money paid for reservation; In Peru Alive this policy is applied, because once we have the traveler's reservation, we make the prepayments for the Tickets, the same to our third-party providers, all this with the purpose of guaranteeing a timely and quality service.
The cost of this service is for a complete package, for which there is no possibility of reimbursement for any service not used by the client, (for example, for the hotel not used, for the food not consumed, for not completing the service, etc.). Except for those who for some reason Peru Alive has not been able to provide it.
5. POSSIBLE VARIATIONS TO THE TRAVEL ITINERARY
Peru Alive, can make changes to the itinerary, considering the safety, well-being, and comfort of the traveler, due to reasons of force majeure, such as weather reasons, work stoppages, strikes, or other legal or fortuitous limitations.
6. ACCOMMODATION IN HOTEL AND CAMP
In this service, the accommodations in the hotel are for two or three people (double or triple rooms) and the same in the campsite is for two people per tent (double); however, travelers who want another type of accommodation, for example in the case of hotels do require a double or a single, and in the case of camping a unique personal tent, etc; They must notify us at the time of making the reservation and they must assume the additional cost for this difference in accommodation.
7. COMPLIANCE WITH TRAVEL RULES AND CONDITIONS
Throughout the itinerary, the traveler must comply with the service rules and the others that emanate from the competent legal authority, which include respect for the social norms and peculiar coexistence of the places or communities where we travel on our trip. During the performance of the service, the decision of the Tour Leader or Guide of Peru Alive is absolute, with the purpose of protecting the safety and well-being of the traveler and in pursuit of compliance with the best possible service; In the event that the traveler violates the rules of the service or other legal regulations, the representative of Peru Alive, may order the offender to abandon the service, without the right to any subsequent claim, or financial reimbursement.
8. PHYSICAL CONDITION AND MEDICAL HEALTH
You traveler, if you have any physical or psychological limitations, or if you have any treatment or medical prescription, which could interfere with your participation in this service, you must notify us at the time of making your reservation, to evaluate or help you, according to our possibilities; nevertheless, you are solely responsible for the risks that an activity of this nature may entail.
Our Guide or the Peru Alive Group Leader, reserves the right to limit the traveler's participation at any time during the trip, (even at the time of reservation) considering that their participation may worsen or endanger their own health or the integrity of the participant or members of the group. In these cases, there is no right to financial reimbursement in favor of the traveler.
9. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Peru Alive recommends you have personal travel insurance; In case our traveler gets sick or suffers an injury during the development of our service, we will help in the best possible way and with the resources at our disposal, always in pursuit of the well-being and integrity of the traveler.
10. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The traveler must carry their national identity document or passport, in some places of public access the vaccination card against Covig-19 is still required, all these documents must be in current status; Peru Alivie will not be responsible for any inconvenience that the traveler may have for reasons of not complying with this recommendation, therefore it is the responsibility of the traveler to have their correct and timely documentation.
11. PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEOS DURING THE TRIP
Peru Alive can take photos or videos about the scenes of the trips or part of the activities of the services it offers, and some of these images can be published on the website of Peru Alive or other similar ones with the purpose of promoting our services; categorically communicating that when buying any service with us, you automatically authorize the publication of the aforementioned images; However, if you do not agree or do not want your images to be published, please notify Peru Alive in writing (Email, WhatsApp, letter, etc).
12. CLAIMS AND COMPLAINTS
In the event of any claim or complaint against Peru Alive, or against third-party providers to Peru Alive, or any of our personnel, you must let us know by any means and as soon as possible, with this information, we will immediately take the corresponding actions to correct or amend any possible irregularity or negative effect on our clients; If this is the case, we will also take corresponding sanctioning actions.
If the client has any observations, opinions, recommendations, comments, etc., on any aspect of our services, which can help us provide a better service, we are very happy to assist them and are grateful for this contribution.
